Marketability provides website design, development, and managed hosting services for small and local businesses. By engaging our services, you agree to these terms.
A one-time setup fee is charged upon project commencement. Monthly hosting and maintenance fees are charged in advance each billing period. All fees are non-refundable once work has commenced.
You are responsible for providing accurate business information, timely feedback during the build process, and maintaining any login credentials we provide.
Upon full payment, you own the content of your website. Marketability retains ownership of any proprietary templates, frameworks, or tools used in development.
We target 99.9% uptime via Cloudflare infrastructure. Planned maintenance will be communicated in advance. We are not liable for outages caused by third-party services.
Either party may terminate the monthly hosting agreement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, we will provide a copy of your website files.
Marketability's liability is limited to the fees paid in the preceding 3 months. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
